At Conejo Valley Village, volunteers don't just support our community. They are our community. Every ride to a doctor's appointment, every friendly phone call, every shared laugh at a village event, that's you, making it real.

\Who Volunteers With Us?

All kinds of people, and that's the point.

Retirees, working professionals, empty nesters, and village members themselves all volunteer side by side. What they share isn't a schedule or a background. It's a belief that showing up for someone else is one of the best things you can do with your time.

What You'll Get Out of It

We won't pretend it's purely selfless. Our volunteers tell us they get as much as they give.

Ways to Get Involved

We match volunteers with roles that fit their life, not the other way around.

• Friendly visits and phone check-ins — sometimes the most powerful thing is simply being present
• Transportation — rides to appointments, errands, and social outings that keep members connected and independent
• Event support — help plan and staff activities that bring people together
• Home maintenance — minor repairs that help members stay safely and comfortably in their homes
• Light gardening and yard work — occasional help that makes a real difference
