FUNctional Fitness with Jen!

This FUN activity involves exercises designed to improve your balance, strength and endurance. Maintain your functional independence right from your living room! All levels welcome!
Recommended props: A sturdy chair, dumbbells or soup cans, water.
Jen is a certified group fitness and yoga instructor and certified occupational therapy assistant. She has worked and volunteered in a variety of settings including retirement communities, fitness studios, and skilled nursing centers.
